The hotel had a nice layout and the staff took care of us.

The alcohol at the bar was cheap. If I wanted a Heineken, it was not included in the all-inclusive package. I had to pay extra for one beer. The spa was overpriced as well.

The hotel has a very clean environment. The floor was always so clean I could see myself through it. The staff are amazing people, very kind, talkative, and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone, single, friends, families. It is suitable for anyone.

The room had a spacious layout, included two separate sinks. I also noticed a rainfall shower for a relaxing experience. The room's décor featured a nice Middle Eastern style.

The food offered excellent variety. I found the flavors exquisite at the Poseidon restaurant. The restaurant chef prepared delicious entrees, main dishes, and desserts.

The service was consistently friendly throughout the resort. Ehab, the barman at the adults-only pool, took very good care of us. Abd looked after us at the pool and provided very helpful service.

The hotel offers multiple pools on different levels of the hotel. I appreciated the access to the sea, the beach is independent and clean. It also includes facials and massages.
